What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry details: when you use our contact form, we receive your name, clinic name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the option you select, and anything you write in the message field.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use analytics or tracking.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your enquiry details solely to respond to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Who processes it for us

• Netlify hosts this site and processes contact-form submissions on our behalf as a data processor.
• Resend delivers your enquiry to our inbox as an email on our behalf.

Nothing else touches your visit: the site's typefaces and assets are served from our own domain, with no third-party scripts or trackers.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

International transfers

Our processors may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, and delete them once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email enquire@cliqhealth.technology. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
